   • “Member” means a User who registers as a member of a Panel
   • “Panel” means a research panel set up by YouGovCentaur
   • "Personal Information" means Personal Data as defined in the Data Protection Act 1998 as amended.
   • "User" means any person who accesses and/or uses the Website, including but not exclusively Members or those participating in Activities
   • “Website” means the YouGovCentaur corporate website www.yougovcentaur.com.
   • “YouGovCentaur” means YouGovCentaur LLP.

   • By accessing the Website the User acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein and, to the extent that the User choose to use them, by the specific terms and conditions of the various Links.
